| Rules of the Clans
The question that is on everyone's mind is it possible for a shinobi to be able to reach or create a clan of their own. Mostly gain Hidens or Kekkei Genkai or Doujutsu of their own. The answer here is yes, it's quite possible in on of two ways.
1. Through hard training and it fitting your background of your character correctly.
-Activation of Kekkei Genkai: 1500 Words
-Activation of Doujutsu: 2500 Words
or
2. Creating a custom clan before you create your bio first.
-Custom Clans-
Hiden Clans would require the user training to mastery their entire element [just one]. Then creating hiden's for it. Allowing or just teaching those of the elemental group to understand it's secrets and learning how to control it.
Kekkei Genkai would require training of it's own. As the user uses the element of a jutsu the mastery of it increases. Because of them gaining an understanding of the element slowly. It requires a lot of work in creating a Kekkei Genkai Element.

Doujutsu would require the hardest of the work. Because it would have to explain how the user was able to even train that body part having chakra reach the eyes which caused a change within them.
-Custom Clan Requirements-
It's only required that we ask the members to use their ideas to the fullest when creating clans. Because if anything understand ones element and understand ones self are two different things. But that's another story. As you create a custom clan you're allowed to allow whatever you want to do, it's only noted that staff looks over it and will ask that somethings be changed or worked on a little. Managers are here to help and give advice so give it a shot. But this is what we ask for mostly.
